Delivery & pickup

How ordering works

• Place your order request, as a guest or from your account. Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
• HDML confirms availability and the final total: items plus delivery, and the cash-on-delivery fee if one applies.
• Nothing is charged or collected until you accept that total. If the total changes, you accept the new one on your order page before anything moves.
• Once confirmed, the order is prepared and handed to a courier or made ready for pickup. Your order page shows each step.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. We call you to confirm before dispatch, so a parcel never leaves without you expecting it.

Prefer to pay before delivery? InstaPay, mobile-wallet and bank transfers are available when the owner has enabled them; the details appear on your order page only after your total is confirmed. HDML credit pays for merchandise only; delivery fees are paid normally.

Pickup in Alexandria

Collect your order from 8 Mostafa El-Maghraby, Sidi Gabir, Sidi Gaber, Alexandria Governorate 5434005. There is no delivery fee for pickup. We call you when it is ready, and you pay in cash when you collect.

Delivery fees by governorate

Delivery fees are confirmed per order: after you order, we tell you the fee for your address on your order page, and nothing is paid until you accept the total.

Delivery is free when your merchandise total is above EGP 3,000.00 (counted after discounts).

Couriers and timing

We ship with Bosta. Your order page tells you when your parcel has been handed to the courier.

We do not print delivery times on this page: they depend on the courier and your area, and we would rather not promise what we cannot control. Your order page is kept up to date instead.

Tracking your order

After you order you get a private tracking link, shown on screen and sent by email when you gave us one. It opens your order page: status, total, payment details when they apply, and the place to open a return or warranty request later. Keep the link to yourself; anyone who has it can see the order.

If something is wrong

Change of mind: return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or pickup, with the item complete, unused and in its original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery. Requests are opened from your order page. The full policy is on the returns page.

Egypt's Consumer Protection Agency describes a general 14-day change-of-mind period (with exceptions by product type) and 30 days for defective goods. Where those periods are longer than the windows above, they apply; nothing here reduces them.
